Dear Alumni,

I am the project manager with Harris Connect that is assisting Mr. Kruska with the print directory for Bishop Alemany High School.  I understand that there has been some confusion regarding the forwarding of emails to update information.  I would like to clarify the process we have in place to correct the issue:

All alumni who have updated on-line will be contacted to verify their information.  Any alumni who did not receive an initial email request will receive a hard copy mailing to contact us to update their information.  Each alumni is assigned a specific and unique id number.  When the initial email was forwarded each time it was changed "updated" those changes were applied to the record of the original email recipient.  If you do not receive a hard copy mailing by 5/15/09 please contact 1-800-213-1015.  This phone number will not be active until after that date so please wait until after 5/15/09 to contact us.  Please feel free to forward this email to all other alumni who wish to update their information and were not contacted directly via email.  If you have any other questions or if I can be of assistance please feel free to contact me.

Bishop Alemany High School is working with Harris Connect in producing an alumni directory scheduled for publication in October. Over the next several months, you may receive postcards, emails or phone calls from Harris asking for updated contact information. We would appreciate your cooperation in updating your contact information. All updates are returned to Bishop Alemany so that our database remains current. Harris Connect is only collecting information for purposes of the directory. You decide whether or not your personal information is published in the directory-make your wishes clear to the representative with whom you speak. It is a great way to stay connected to the Bishop Alemany alumni community!
