G-Basketball Participates In Dribbling for the Cure

The Girls basketball team participated in the Dribbling for the Cure on Sunday, October 26th. Jackie Sanchez organized the event with her team and coach and she collected $1500.00 on her own. Overall the team collected $1800.00. All the money will help with pediatric cancer research and Children's Hospital of L.A. The girls dribbled their basketball around the USC campus with the Women's and Men's basketball team. There were numerous people there to support the same cause as well as several cancer survivors. The girls would like to thank everyone that helped and donated for this event. The girls look forward to participate in the same event next year.
