Each year, the Archdiocese requires that all students review and sign a form indicating an understanding of the policy on the treatment of minors by those responsible for their care. Each student has been given one of these forms by their Religion teacher. Once signed by the student, the parent/guardian of the student is required to sign the form, return it to the Religion teacher. When all collected, the forms are kept in the Principal's office for an Archdiocesan audit. Please ask your student, sign it, and have your student return it tomorrow. Thank you.
