Bishop Alemany Dance Team brings home two national titles!

The Bishop Alemany Dance Team became National Champions at the WCE Dance Team Nationals in Long Beach, CA, that took place between March 14th through 16th.

The Varsity Hip Hop routine took home 1st place overall in the Small Hip Hop Silver Category, beating out 18 other schools, and the JV Pom routine also secured 1st place overall, competing against 9 other schools. The Bishop Alemany Dance Team brought two national titles to the Alemany name!

Dance Team Head Coach Amanda McCarthy shared, "I couldn’t be more proud of these talented students. Their dedication, hard work, and countless extra hours of practice have truly paid off, and this achievement is a testament to their perseverance and commitment. As they return to school, I ask that you join me in congratulating them for their remarkable success. They’ve worked so hard to get to this point, and I know they would be thrilled to hear your support and encouragement."

The Dance Team would like to invite everyone to the Bishop Alemany High School Dance Recital on Friday, April 4th, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, where the winning routines will be performed.

Thank you for your support, and let’s all celebrate the remarkable achievements of our Alemany Dance Team!
