Archbishop Jose Gomez has called us as an Archdiocese to prepare for a Jubilee Year to celebrate 250
years of Catholicism in Los Angeles. The Jubilee Year opens with Mass at the Cathedral of Our Lady of
the Angels on September 11 at 11:00 a.m. Leading up to that special celebration, several parishes are
offering 40 straight hours of Eucharistic Adoration to prepare hearts to enter into the Jubilee. Bishop
Alemany will be joining in, beginning with Mass at 6:00 p.m. this Thursday, September 9, and concluding
again with Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 11. Our chapel will be open and security will be
available for safety. Please come join us in prayer and adoration, even if just for an hour. We need at
least two people registered for every hour, and registration can be found
at https://forwardinmission.com/adoration.
