Alemany's Academic Decathlon won the SuperQuiz event Saturday with a score of 54 (out of 60), and won first place overall, with a score of just under 45,000 pts. They will advance to the next round of competition in Sacramento on March 12th-15th. We anticipate doing well at State and making Alemany proud. We had the top 4 highest scoring players in the competion....a first for us. They were Andrew Noyes, Daniel Patterson, Matthew Riek, and Monica Erives. The other members of the team include: Dannah Rosales, Anna Erives, Karina Carmona, Brian Ngan and Nick Barrile.
