I had a wonderful time watching our Girls' Varsity Volleyball team compete in the Las Vegas Invitational Tournament. While our Varsity Football team was in Hinckley, Arizona this week, our Girls' Varsity Volleyball team under Coach Morgan Wijay, was in Las Vegas, Nevada taking on top competition from both Nevada and Southern California. On the way to a semi-final finish, our Lady Warriors defeated a number of excellent teams including Campbell Hall H.S. It was a grueling 2-day tournament with 110 degree heat in the hot desert sun. I was very proud watching our team bring everything they had to each match. They represented Alemany well and I was very proud of them. I attached a few pictures.
