Bishop Alemany High School has reintroduced examinations at the end of the first and third quarters in order to more authentically assess student academic performance and to ready students for what they will experience in college.
The Examinations will be given on October 13th and 14th.

Please be aware that students are not allowed to take quarter examinations if regular or summer school tuition is owed, fees or fines have not been paid or uniforms and equipment have not been returned. Students who are eligible to take exams will be issued a pass that must be shown to the teacher before they may be given an examination.
A student who misses a quarter exam because she or he is not cleared by the Tuition Office will not be allowed to make it up and will receive a zero grade on the exam. This will be factored into the quarter grade
The Studies Office will administer make-up exams necessitated by illness ONLY. Students who miss an exam due to illness must produce a note from their doctor explaining the nature of the illness in order to be eligible to make up the missed exam.
The only day for exam make-up will be Friday October 16th from 2:00pm until 5:00pm in the Studies Office.
