The Media Center was founded to promote literacy in all its expressions, to encourage life-long learning, to ensure the individual right to freedom of information, and to advance knowledge to an ever-growing body of information both online and in print. The library houses many specialized reference books, recent pamphlets, and magazines.
 
The Media Center seeks to promote and increase student achievement by:
  • providing access to current resources and the latest information technology
  • enhancing student competency with information skills
  • introducing students to telecommunications as a means of information retrieval.
