Dear Bishop Alemany Families,
Finals Week
We will have a special schedule this week. Monday and Tuesday will be a Monday Cardinal schedule with school finishing as normal at 2:30 p.m. Final exams are scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. The period 1 and 2 exams will be on Wednesday, December 17, periods 3 and 4 will be on Thursday, December 18, and periods 5 and 6 will be on Friday, December 19.
School offices will close this Friday, December 19, at 11:45 a.m. and reopen on January 6, 2026, at 7:00 a.m.
Senior Class Fundraiser
Join us this Friday, December 19, at Menchie’s (Mission Hills or Granada Hills) for our Senior Class fundraiser. Simply show this flyer, a photo of it, or mention Bishop Alemany at checkout. Twenty percent of all sales will support Prom 2026. The Senior Class appreciates your support!
Aeries Student Portal
We are excited to share an update to our scheduling process as part of our continued effort to streamline communication and provide families with quicker access to student information.
Please note that we are discontinuing printed copies of class schedules going forward and that Spring Semester schedules will be available for viewing exclusively in the Student and Parent Aeries Portals starting the evening of Friday, December 19.
A reminder was sent to all students last week detailing the instructions for setting up their Aeries student portals. Since schedules will only be available online, it is important that your student(s) set up their student portal immediately. If you or your student needs assistance setting up either the student or parent portal, please email [email protected] for support before Friday December 19.
Please keep in mind that minor changes to one or two teachers are common at the start of a new semester due to our automated scheduling system. If you have any questions about a change, please reach out to your student’s counselor.
Important: We do not change schedules based on teacher preference. Also, please be aware that counselors will not be available to reply to emails between December 20-January 5, as they will be spending this time with their families.

Aeries Parent Portal
Thank you to all parents who are using the Aeries Parent Portal to view student information. If you encounter any app-related issues, please access Aeries through the Aeries Parent Portal website. If you have any questions, please contact the Main Office at (818) 365-3925.
